WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. Only one card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secure through Squarespace.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

We are unable to offer gift wrapping services at this time.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZED ORDERS?

You are welcome to email lizzy@lizzypowersdesign.com with more details about your order and she will respond to you shortly regarding your request.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm MST. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

DO YOU OBSERVE ANY HOLIDAYS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?

Lizzy Powers Design will be closed on the following days in observance of the holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please note, depending on when these holidays fall throughout the year we may be closed additional days other than those listed.

ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders will ship within 5-7 business days from when the order is placed. Please note production times may increase during the holiday season (Mid Nov. - Dec.) to 8-10 business days. From there, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the US. We currently do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.

WILL ALL OF MY ITEMS SHIP TOGETHER?

Depending on the items you select to purchase, they may be shipped together or separately. Our production times vary depending on the item, so you may receive your items in multiple shipments.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please email us at lizzy@lizzypowersdesign.com and we will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept any returns unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. Many of our items are Print on Demand or custom, making returns especially difficult. If you’d like to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.

CUSTOM SERVICES


HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

If you are placing an order for one of our existing wedding suites, please enter your information in the form provided at checkout. We will contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm your information and email your first proof. Once you receive your first proof, your order is no longer refundable. Upon approval of your final proof, your design. Your order will ship within 2-4 weeks from your order date.

For our fully custom packages, it’s best to begin the design process 9 months to a year out from your event. Custom illustrations and design take time, and you’ll want to send your Save the Dates 6-8 months prior to your big day and Invitations 8 weeks before.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE ORDERS?

Our existing wedding suites typically ship in about 2–4 weeks from the order date.

Custom packages can take anywhere from 1-3 months. Once we receive more details about your custom design, we can give you a more accurate timeline.

WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY ITEMS ARE PRINTED AND MAILED TO ME?

Yes, customers ordering any of our custom items will typically receive their proofs approximately 1-3 business days from the final confirmation of wording. Once a proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable.

CAN I ORDER MORE OF THE SAME CUSTOM ITEM IF I NEED?

Absolutely! If you need more of the same customized item, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help you place another order.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PERSONALIZED ORDER?

Once you confirm your details and a proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable and may not be canceled.

ARE MY PERSONALIZED ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

Upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors (such as misspelled words or incorrect information etc.). By approving your final proofs, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval and you wish to reprint, we are required to charge you for services rendered.

CAN I USE THE PERSONALIZED IMAGES FROM MY ORDER FOR A LOGO OR ARTWORK ON MY BLOG, WEBSITE, ETC.?

All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property and copyright of Lizzy Powers Design and cannot be used for personal logo design or reproduction outside of Lizzy Powers Design. All illustrations (custom and template) are copyright of Lizzy Powers Design and may not be reused without permission.
